  Black tea is tea type which is popular now a days most people consumed it for better health benefits .lets have a try to make a black tea in easy way . For additional benefits of black tea in place of sugar we can add jaggery ,dry dates powder they are good options better and healthy than sugar.                                                          ingredients:250 ml of water,tea powder ,jaggery /dry dates powder or sugar (if both are not available),Tulsi leaves,lemon leaves ,ginger                                                                         step 1:take a utensil for tea making add some water for black tea                                      step 2:let's the boil the water properly               step 3:add tea powder(chai Patti powder) and all the ingredients one by one.                     Step 4:let them boil the tea properly                 step 5:turn off the gas                                           step 6:insert in cup/mug and sip it have a tea break

Ingredients need for making khichdi mostly in case of unavailability of ghee/butter we can use oil too for cooking   Khichdi   If u are feeling hungry and you dont want to make roti sabji dal and all then khichdi is the good option to do.its really easy to make khichdi .in this rainy days khichdi makes a good taste along with soothing nature and tea .      So lets start to make a khichdi .               Step 1:first of all take some rice it depend on your hunger level if u are more hungry then take more amount of rice.                            Step 2:wash the rice twice to remove some dust or particles that are present in rice            step 3:remove water from rice properly         step 4:lets prepare some veggies to add in khichdi to make khichdi tastier                          step 5:take a pot or utensil for making khichdi.                                                                     Step 6:add some oil it can be 1 or 2 tablespoon for khichdi.
