Welcome to all hope so u are all doing great where you are in your life.so all persons love rainy season .so in this rainy season we all looking for something healthy ,tasty stuff.wait I have a solution yes it's yummy"manchow soup". Preparation time :5-10 minutes. Cooking time: 25-30 minutes. Cuisine: Indo-chinese. Type: Vegetarian. Prefered as: soup. List of Ingredients: 3 Cups of water, 1 Tbsp ginger (Adrak fine chopped), 1 Tbsp garlic( Lehsun fine Chopped), 1 Tbsp green chilies( hari mirch fine Chopped), 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves ( hara dhaniya fine Chopped), 1 Tbsp french bean ( Fine Chopped), 1 Tbsp carrot( gajar fine chopped), 1 Tbsp cabbage ( Patta gobhi fine chopped), 1 Tbsp capsicum ( shimla mirch fine chopped), 1 Tbsp spring onions( fine chopped), 1 Tbsp pepper, 1 Tbsp soya sauce, 2 Tbsp corn flour, some stems of spring onions. Veg machow soup garnish with Coriander Leaves along with noodles.
Step by step Guide to Follow:. 1)Turn on the gas take a pan add 2 Tbsp of oil along with 1 Tbsp ginger,1 Tbsp garlic, 1/2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves along with 1 Tbsp chopped green chillies just stir fry on a medium heat . 2) Then add 1 Tbsp cabbage,1 Tbsp carrot,1 Tbsp capsicum along with 1 Tbsp french bean along with 1/2 Tbsp pepper,some ajinomoto along with pinch of salt in a pan stir fry for 1-2 minutes. 3) Add 1 Tbsp of soya sauce, 2 Cup of water along with some salt ( if needed). 4) let it boil in 2-3 minutes. 5) after boiling add 1 Tbsp of corn flour in that boiled water stir fry to avoid stickyness at bottom. 6) we will try to make thick soup.its becomes tasty . 7) after that turn off the gas served the stuff.garnish with stems of spring onions along with chopped Coriander leaves . Pro tip: u can add Boiled noodles in a soup to make a amazing combination.
