Palak paneer soft and mouthwatering at home

Let's move towards the way of making palak paneer.                                                                      preparation time:15-20 minutes.                        Cook time :30-35 minutes.                                    Total time :45-50 minutes.                                  Servings:3-4.                                                            Type : vegetarian.       Prefered as:lunch or dinner.    Taste better with:roti,bhakri,plain rice ,jeera rice,butter naan and tandoor roti and so on .                                                                Ingredients:1 1/4 cup of paneer( indian cottage cheese),3-4 cups of palak(spinach),2-3 tsps of oil,2 green chillies,3/4 cups of onion(pyaaz)finely chopped is useful,1/2 cup tomatoes(seed must be removed and chopped ) or 2 pureed tomatoes (with the help of blender),1 tsp ginger garlic paste(adrak lehsun paste),3/4 tsp of salt(Namak),8-10 cashews(kaju) or 6-7 blended almonds (Badam),1/2 to 3/4 tsp garam masala,1/2 tsp kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves skip kasuri methi if not available at that time),3 tsp cream(optional),.  Whole spices (optional) like 1-2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera),2 green cardamom(elaichi),1 inch cinaamon(Dalchini), point to be noted whole spices are optional its not compulsory for use in this dish.                                                          footsteps to taken as follows:1)plucked the tender and young leaves. Don't use the  stem of palak(spinach).before plucking the palak washed them well that we get clean stuff.         2)After rinsing well they(palak) drain into colander .                                                                 3)Allow the water to drain from palak other wise drained palak can be moistured more while cooking.                                                         4)Then take a pan add half tsp of oil .Also add green chilies ,cashews /blended almonds and spinach and saute them for few minutes like 3-4 minutes.                                                     5)saute them untill the raw smell from leaves is gone completely. If moisture remain in palak then just blend them.                             6) cool down completely and keep that aside.and then blend that stuff.                           7) Before blending pour some 1/4 cup of water and then blend them.                                8) we need smooth paste so try to make it  thick and smooth after blending keep them aside.                                                                        9)now it's time to make gravy.                            10)Heat the same pan and add 1 tsp of butter and 1/2 tsp of oil .                                                  11)then add whole spices if not available skip them because I am going to use whole spices.                                                                       12)Then we will add 3/4 cup chopped onions or onion paste u can also used .                           13)Fry untill the onion become golden coloured .                                                                14)Now we will add  1 tsp ginger garlic paste.saute them for untill 1 minute.                 15)  when aroma from that ginger garlic paste comes out then we will add chopped (finely)tomatoes or u can use pureed tomatoes in it.                                                         16)Add some salt and saute them well.             17) when tomatoes become mushy add garam masala about 1/2 to 3/4 tsp In it.             18)saute the garam masala for few minutes.   19) Then add 3/4 cup of water in it   and cook on medium heat.                                          20) If onion tomato masala is not thick then add some water.                                                     21) when gravy become thick decrease the heat of gas.then we will add palak puree in that and mix it well.                                               22) let them cook for 2-3 minutes bubbles will come out that mean that is becoming ready.                                                                        23)  Don't cook for long time it will damage the colour of gravy.                                                24) add some hot water in it and stir well with tablespoon and take the taste test .if salt feel less add salt .                                                   25)Add sliced or cubed panner.                         26) turn off the gas and stir the paneer well.    Our dish is ready to eat.                                       TIP:try to use fresh and soft panner its taste amazing.u must try to make gravy thick.if gravy is not become thick add some water .     Any guess about next recipe hurry up let's comments
