                                                                                welcome to all.we are here with some intresting stuff .yes u heard it right sounds fantastic.i am talking about "Litti chokha". Sounds amazing how can i make litti chokha? How it tastes like all questions will be answered here .

 Preparation time: 10-20 minutes.                    Cooking time: 50-55 minutes.                             Cuisine: Bihari Indian.                                       Type: Vegetarian .                                                prefered as: Snack, Breakfast.                           Taste better with: sauces,various chutneys.

                                                                                 List of Ingredients:                                              1 Cup wheat flour, 1/2 Tbsp Baking powder, 1 Tbsp  Ajwain( carom seeds), 1/2 Tbsp salt, 1 Tbsp Ghee( Butter), Water ( For kneading), 1 Cup sattu( roasted gram Flour), 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves ( fine Chopped), 1 chili( Fine chopped), 1/2 Tbsp ginger garlic paste ( Adrak lehsun paste), 1 Tbsp cumin ( Jeera), 1/2 Tbsp kalonji seeds( Nigella seeds), Salt( As needed), 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 Tbsp mustard oil, For tomato chokha we need 2 Tomatoes, 1 chili ( Fine chopped) , 2 clove garlic( fine chopped), 1 inch ginger ( fine chopped), 2 Tbsp onion( pyaaz chopped), 1 Tbsp lemon juice,salt ( As Needed), 1 Tbsp mustard oil.                                                                                                                                            Step by step Guide to follow:.                               1) Take a large bowl for mixing stuff .              2) In that bowl add 1 Cup of wheat flour,1/2 Tbsp salt, 1/2 Tbsp Ajwain, 1/2 Tbsp Baking powder,1/2 Tbsp salt along with 1 Tbsp Ghee in that mix it well.                     3)  crumbled well and mix it well with spoon or hand.                                                             4) Add water  as needed just knead the dough .                                                                           5) knead the stuff it must be soft and smooth dough.                                                             6) Grease the dough with some oil it will add greasyness.                                                           7) keep it aside for 20-25 minutes cover the dough with lid.                                                     8) We will prepare Litti stuffing now take a large bowl add 1 Cup sattu flour add chopped corinader leaves along with chopped chili, 1/2 Tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 Tbsp cumin, 1/2 Tbsp kalonji, 1/2 Tbsp salt along with 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice.                    9) Add 1 Tbsp mustard oil in that mixture. Combined all well it must be moist dry stuffing will not form litti good .                     10) Now take a covered dough knead then slightly with soft hands.                                 11) pinch the dough into small shaped balls. Press the edge form the Cup sized of that balls.                                                                    12) Add ball sized sattu  stuffing into the centre of the dough start pleating the dough and make a tight balls it must not come outside.                                                                       13) place the rolled litti in a apple pan add one by one litti in a apple pan shapes  it must be heated with oil   or preheat or bake for 40-45 minutes.                                                   14) cover the lid of apple pan let them cook for 10-15 minutes after that flip them well and cook them for 30-35 minutes.                     15) lltti must be cooked untill it become golden brown . Now we will prepare tomato chokha .                                          16)  First of all brush the Tomatoes with some oil after that  roast them on a medium flame flip then well it must turn out black in some sides. After some time remove roasted tomatoes into plate let them cool down for few minutes .                                           17) Peeled down the skin of tomatoes mash the Tomatoes well add chopped chili, 2 Clove garlic, 1 Tbsp onion, 2 Tbsp ,1 tbps Coriander leaves,1/2 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 Tbsp mustard oil along with 1/2 Tbsp salt .mix well and enjoy.
