  Welcome to all we are here with one more intresting stuff.yes it's a tasty and delicious and loved by many .I am talking about "chicken 65" .it's known with so many names like chicken 65 fry and many more.

                                                                                                                                                                 Preparation time : 15-20 minutes .                   Cook time : 50-60 minutes.                                Cuisine: Indian.                                                     Type: Non vegetarian.                                        Prefered as: Starter dish or lunch ,dinner .                                                                                                                                                                         


                                                                                 List of Ingredients:.                                             2-3 chicken breast ( cut into slices ),  1tbsp ginger garlic paste ( Adrak lehsun paste), salt ( As needed),2 Tbsp Turmeric powder( Haldi), 1 Tbsp Red chili powder( lal mirch powder), 1 Tbsp Coriander powder, 1 Tbsp cumin powder( Jeera), oil ( As needed), 1 egg, 500 ml baking soda, 5-6 spring Curry leaves,1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves ( chopped), 1 Tbsp mustard seeds( Mohari).1 Tbsp flour,1 Tbsp corn flour.

    Step 1:first of all we will marinate the chicken for marination take the chicken slices in that add 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste along with pinch of salt along with 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric powder and 1/2 Tbsp red chili powder and 1/2 Tbsp Coriander powder and add some oil for binding.                             Step 2: mix it well properly put this in fridge for 20-25 minutes for marinate.             Step 3: Take a bowl for batter add 1 egg along with 1/2 Tbsp Baking soda and 1 Tbsp flour and 1 Tbsp corn flour after that keep this in fridge we will use this ahead.                Step 4:batter we will put for 20-25 minutes.    Step 5: just pour the batter into the chicken.                                                                    step 6: Take a pan for frying add 2 Tbsp of oil add batter and chicken just deep fry them on a medium heat.                                       Step 7: we will do the tempring in we will add 1 Tbsp mustard seeds along with 5-6 spring Curry leaves and 1 Tbsp jeera in few seconds it will done.                                               Step 8: Add this tempering into the fried chicken .our chicken 65 is ready garnish with Coriander Leaves and Chopped onions.
