Sabudana kheer Tempting and yummy
Welcome to all. Yes all is well na.it should be well. Are u hold a fast ?sounds little hungry then u are at the right place.Today we are going on the journey of Fasting related stuff. We are talking about "Sabudana kheer".
preparation time: 30-35 minutes. Cook time:15-20 minutes. Cusine: Indian. Type: Vegetarian. Prefered as: Breakfast or Lunch on a fast .
List of Ingredients:1) 1/2 Cup sago ( sabudana). 2)2-3 Tbsp sugar ( Chini). 3) Chopped dry fruits( optional). 4) small piece of cinaamon (Dalchini). 5) 1-2 cup Milk.

Step by step Guide to follow:. 1) Soak the sabudana for 30-40 minutes. 2) we will cooked out the sabudana in water it will add softness to sabudana. 3) Add 1 Cup of milk along with 2 Tbsp of sugar in a pot or utensil u are using . 4) Also add small piece of cardamom break down the piece of cinaamon and after that mix it well properly. 5) mixing well untill milk becomes thicken.thick milk will be better for kheer. 6) in few minutes it will start boiling the milk and served hot.
