Dahi Wada healthy and delicious stuff

It's a Sunday .it's time to do breakfast yes na.want something new stuff to eat on Sunday. Then i have one soothing and cool way to do.guess what its"dahi Wada".it's also known as "Dahi bhalla." As the name suggest its remix of dahi (yoghurt) and wada.               As we all know dahi is full of good nutrients .and thats what is making stuff tasty to eat.     
Dahi Wada garnish with coriander leaves.    Preparation time :  10-15 minutes.                      Cook time:30-35 minutes .                                    Cusine:North indian.                                          Prefered as:snack, breakfast.                          
Total time taken:upto 6 hours.                             Dal soaking time :4-5 hours.           
Dahi Wada garnish with shev and sauce.   
Things we required/stuff we required:1)1 cup udid dal .  2)1/4 cup moong dal.                                             3)1-2  chili (mirch).                                                 4) 1 inch ginger (Adrak).                                       5)1-2 tbsp salt(As needed).                                   6) oil (frying purpose).                                          For soaking we need 5 -6 cup of hot water,1/2 tbsp salt and 1/4 tbsp Hing (Asafoetida).                                                                                         for the sweet curd formation we need:1-2 cup curd(yoghurt),2 tbsp sugar (Taste balanced purpose) and 1/2 tbsp salt( As needed).                                                                                             for serving purpose we need: Green chutney,Tamrind chutney(imli ki chutney) , chili powder(mirch powder), cumin powder(jeera powder),chaat masala,boondi,Coriander (hara dhaniya minutely chopped) .                                                   Action to take further as follows:1)first of all we will soaked udid dal for 4-5 hours .           2)remove the water from dal properly.             3) now we will grind that dal with the grinder or mixer along with that add single piece of ginger and 1 chili for grinding.               4)  smooth paste is necessary for proper vada along with that add water in that as needed.                                                                      5)  Too much water can spoil the texture so add less water don't add too much.                      6)  Now grinded dal transfer into  a seprate bowl .                                                                          7) now take 1/4 cup of soaked  moong dal into the grinder or mixer. (Soak moong dal along with udid dal we both need soaked).       8) same thing to do with moong dal transfer moong dal batter to the another bowl.               9)  with the help of whisk mix it well and add 1 tbsp salt .                                                       10)
  Take a utensil turn on the gas add oil for frying.                                                                       11)  Take a spoonful of batter add this into the hot oil kept gad on medium heat .               12) stir well the vada with the spoon.                13)vada colour will be changed like golden brown lets flip to other side.                                14)Take a large bowl add 4-5 cups of hot water in that.                                                           15) along with that add pinch of salt and 1/2 tbsp of hing in that water.                                     16) just dipped down that vada in that hot water .                                                                        17)keep soaking vada for 25-30 minutes .         18)release the water from that vada and transfer to the plate .                                             Let's go for sweet dahi (curd).                             Take a bowl add 2 tbsp of curd and sugar in it. Along with pinch of salt and whisk it properly. It must be combined well.                    Take a plate add vada in that plate .on vada spread the dahi delicately add corinader leaves and shev on that. Enjoy. 

          Tip:try to use fresh curd.it taste amazing.soaked dal will make vada soft to eat so soaked properly.if u like more sweetness add sugar more.
