Sabudana Wada let's try for your fast

Sabudana Wada sounds yummy ,tasty and mouthwatering na.in india specially in maharashtra for ekadashi ,chaturthi ,mahashivratri on this days sabudana Wada is make.most of the people i knew that they eat sabudana Wada or sabudana khichdi on  their fast day.so we will see how to make this.

      Table of contents:sabudana Wada information, ingredients required ,images of sabudana Wada ,step wise process to do sabudana Wada .                                                         Ingredients:  sabudana, potatoes,roasted peanuts,             green chillies,coriander leaves,oilsalt,lemon juice,ginger,flour(optional).                                 Step 1:soak the sabudana for   4-6 hours at overnight .                                                               Step 2:drain the water from that sabudana after proper soaking.                                            Step 3:   cover the sabudana   at cool place .    Step 4:  soaked sabudana must be fluffy and soft.some sabudana soak quickly some take more time so time differs.                                    Step 5:   drain off the moisture from that sabudana more moistured sabudana is not good for Wada making so drain properly.        Step 6:  Add 1/4 peanuts for roasting on a pan.roasted peanuts enhanced the taste of Wada.                                                                      Step 7:  when peanuts become golden and skin becomes loose this is the sign that peanuts are roasted.                                              Step 8:rub the skin of peanuts.                            Step 9:with the use of blender we need the coarse powder so make it untill it becomes coarse.                                                                      Step 10:Boil 2 potatoes.                                         Step 11:after becomes boiled the potatoes and mashed the potatoes.                                     Step 12:before mashing cool down the potatoes.                                                                    Step 13:take a bowl add mashed potatoes and soaked sabudana mix it well.                      Step 14:add peanuts (crushed),1/2 tsp jeera,1-2 green chillies,1 chopped Coriander leaves,1 tsp lemon juice &1 tsp of salt.                              Step 15: if u want to add ginger (optional) u can add .                                                                   Step 16:mix it well all the mixture.                    Step 17: make the balls of the mixture .           Step 18:flat the balls in size of vada.                  Step 19:heat oil in a pan untill becomes hot enough to fry .                                                         Step 20:deep fry the vada in that oil .                Step 21:one side become golden then flip them with other side.   Let's serve the wada .   TIP:if ball not become fix then u can add flour In that ball it will fixed properly .
