Welcome to all  😇 lets add the sweetness in flavours of life.i am talking about "Moong dal ka halwa".so lets enjoy.                                                                                                                                                                                                 Preparation time: 10-20 minutes.                      Cook  time :40-50 minutes .                              Cuisine: North Indian.                                        Type: Vegetarian.                                                  Prefered as: Sweet dish.

                                                                                 List of Ingredients: 1/2 Cup Soaked green Lentil( non polished moong dal),1/2 Cup Ghee( Butter),4-5 cashewnuts ( slicely cut),4-5 almonds( chopped),some pista, 1/2 Cup sugar ( chini), 1/2 Cup milk, water ( As needed), 2-3 Cardamom( Powdered Elachi).

Step by step Guide to Follow:.                            1)     Wash the dal with fresh water 2-3 times to remove dust or impurities .                  2)  Take a grinder Grind the washed dal and make a coarse powder .                                       3)  Take a pan or utensil for further process.                                                                      4) Add 1/2 Cup of milk let them heat for few minutes do this on a medium heat. add 1/2 Cup of sugar let them dissolved and boiled properly.                                                                     5) After that take a heavy kadhai add somw ghee along with dal and stir fry it must be fried well.                                                 6) Add boiled milk mixture in a dal mix them well and also stir them well.                      7) Lowers the heat to low heat milk will start absorbed stir fry well fat will start separating.                                                                8) mix 1 Tbsp cardamom powder along with chopped almonds and cashews in that. Transfer the stuff into a serving bowl and Enjoy.
