 Preparation time :15 minutes                             cuisine:indian         cook time :15-20 minutes                                                                    total time for preparation:30-35 min max        ingredients: Flour,Baking soda,Baking powder,Salt,Sugar,garlic,oil/melted butter,yogurt,Lukewarm milk,Garlic cloves, Coriander leaves,Kalonji seeds(optional).        So we will for Butter Naan today. yes its its mouthwatering dish.  We ate at restaurant mostly.  But u  know what u can make this at home too so let's see .                                                               we can make butter naan with two methods with yeast or without yeast.                        First without yeast just make a dough  rolled down and toast them for 25-30 minutes .                                                                                Second with yeast  dough take time to rise in this so it's time consuming.                 So let's go with ingredients let's do action of butter naan.                                                              Step-1: make dough by using 2 cups of flour,1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda , 1/2 tsp salt,2 tsp sugar ,1-2 garlic (optional).                                                     Step 2:    stir well dry ingredients properly.     Step 3: Add 2 tsp of oil/butter , 1/2 cup yogurt ,1/4 cup+1/2 tsp lukewarm milk.           Step 4:more or less water or milk is needed if u feel that there is need to add then u can add .                                                                                                                                            Step 5:knead the dough well it must be soft .            Step 6:cover and keep that aside for 30 min to 1 hour( optional) we can make it after 15 minutes .                                                                  Step 7:divide the dough properly and create balls of that dough for further .                         Step 8:Along with that chop the 5-6 Garlic cloves,1/4 cup coriader leaves.                            Step 9:melt the 3-4 tsp butter for further need .                                                                        Step 10: Flour the roling area lightly.                 Step 11:make a dough ball flat.                          Step 12: stretch the dough in elongated shape or the shape u like.sprinkle the coriander leaves on it.                                           Step 13:rolled like roti in bigger size .               Step 14:heat the tawa. Tawa must be hot otherwise naan will not become fluffy and not rise well.                                                            Step 15:flip the Naan must be cooked by both sides .spread some butter on naan.and enjoy
