Chicken curry tasty and yummy tummy too

Chicken curry so today is a treat for many peoples from me .excited to know what the treat is .the things is to make chicken curry at home with my style.chicken curry mouthwatering na yes it is.so we will go towards the road of chicken curry by step by step .   

                                                                       preparation time :15-20 minutes .                     Cook time:35-40 minutes.                                    Servings:3-4.                                                             Max time taken :40-50 minutes.                         Type :non vegetarian.                                           Preferred as:lunch/ dinner.                                 Taste better with:jeera rice or plain rice or roti or bhakri or naan or tandoor roti so many options na.                                                    So lets do it together.                                             enjoy this blog in your language with the help of Google translate on the left side of a blog .                                                                         Ingredients:1/ 2 kg chicken,3-4 tsps of oil,1 cup of onions(pyaaz),chopped onions is necessary,1-2 green chilies,1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/ 2 cup tomatoes(pureed of fine chopped),1/4 yoghurt (plain dahi),1/2 to 3/4 tsp of salt,1/2 to 1 cup of hot water /coconut milk,2 tbsp coriader leaves (finely chopped )or mint leaves (pudina ke patte),1/4 tsp turmeric powder(haldi),1 tsp red chili powder,1 tsp coriander powder, whole spices (skip whole spices if not available at that time),1 bay leaf (Tezpatta) or spring curry leaves,4 cloves(loung),2 inch cinamon piece(dalchini ka tukda),3 green cardamom .     Action to take step by step :

So lets go towards way of making chicken curry.  Dont use canned stuff for this it's can damage the flavour of curry like canned tomato puree,curry powder of cornflower.                                                                 Step 1:Heat 2 tbsps of oil in a heavy pan .step 2:when oil becomes hot add whole spices (bay leaf,cinnamon piece ,cloves,green cardamom as mentioned amount ).                                                                Step 3: Then add  1 cup finely chopped onion along with  1 chopped green chili pepper saute them well.                                    Step 4: Then we will add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.before that we must look that onions become golden coloured.                    Step 5: saute them well I am talking about ginger garlic paste untill the Raw taste dis appear completely.                                              step 6:saute the ginger garlic paste for just 2-3 minutes not for longer time.                      Step 7: Then add 1/2 cup tomatoes (chopped /pureed or mashed in it).                 Step 8: along with that add  1/4 tsp turmeric and  1/2 tsp salt in that.                     Step 9:  Next fry the tomatoes Untill the raw taste is gone of tomatoes .                         Step 10:Then we will add  1 tbsp red chili powder and 1/4 cup of yoghurt (plain dahi) in that.                                                          Step 11: if yoghurt is not available then u can used  soaked cashew nuts or almonds or 3 tsp poppy seeds (khas khas ) and blend this and add only if yoghurt is not available .                                                               Step 12: saute untill the mixture makes thick do this on medium flame.                      Step 13: Then add 1/2 kg chicken,1 tbsp  garam masala , 1 tbsp Coriander powder and 2 tbsps chopped corinader leaves or mint leaves in it.                                                   Step 14:untill the chicken become pale saute them for 3-4 minutes.                            Step 15:  cover and cook on   low flame   for 3-4 minutes .                                                  Step 16:  along with that in a separate pot add 1 cup of water and let them heat .           Step 17: pour 1/2 to 3/4 cup of hot water or more if needed.cold water hardens the skin of chicken .                                                     Step 18: Add enough water for cooking the chicken .let them cover and cook for 10 min max.                                                             Step 19:  at the end check the chicken skin if it's not soft it's not done.and if it's soft and easily remove it's the sign that's it's done .                                                                        Step 20:Now we will take the taste test add salt if needed.                                                         Serve the chicken curry with the slices of onion and add some lemon juice over the curry .enjoy the dish with love.
