Step by step aloo paratha
Today we will look out for aloo paratha  recipe.as a name suggest it's is made from stuffing of potato.sometimes we get boared by eating roti and dal all the time.this aloo paratha will make some change in it definitely u should try it.  What is aloo paratha :it is a basically a stuffed potato in a wheat roti . So let's move towards  ingredients required for aloo. Paratha.                                                              ingredients : potato,atta flour ,maida,oil and butter.  So let's move towards aloo paratha.            Step -1:make potato stuffing .Step-2:first of all boil or steam the 3-4 potatoes in a cooker.                                             Step-3add a enough water to that cooker for potatoes.                                                           Step-4:cook the potatoes upto 3-4 whistles. Or if there is no cooker then cook the potatoes in a pan and add enough water chopped potatoes will cook early.                        Step -5: after that drain the water properly and cool the potatoes with some water .    Step -6:  potatoes must be mashed well without any lumps on the skin of potato. Step -7:now add ingredients like     chopped green chillies,  garam masala or punjabi masala  ,chilli Powder and  lemon juice . Step-8: mix the ingredients with the help of spoon .                                                  step-9:   insert the mixture into mashed potatoes.                                                                  step-10:  make the dough .            Step -11:    in a different bowl add white flour,salt  ,oil/ghee and some water to it.   Step-12: use the water in a portion dont add all the water u have in it , bring out the mixture for smooth soft dough prepration.  Keep it for 8-10 minutes.           Step-13:     make a ball like structure and roll it and make it flat.  Place the stufffing have some space at the sides.          Step-14:pleat the edges and joint it into the center.                                           Step-15:press the joint and make it a flat.   Step-16:sprinkle the wheat flour on the paratha surface .step-17:take a hot pan or tawa put the paratha on it. Step-18:when the paratha is partly cooked flip the paratha.sprinkle some oil or ghee on paratha .golden colour of paratha show that paratha is cooked .flip 2/ 3 times .step-19:paratha is ready to eat serve it.
