Bread pakoda with green chutney

In this rainy days we all look for something warm dishes.today we have a dish i know everybody loves it.its simple tasty and yummy dish too.i am talking about "Bread pakoda".                                                                    Preparation time :15-20 minutes .                      Cook time :15-20 minutes.                                  Total time :30-35 minutes.                                    Prefered as: Breakfast.  Taste better with:tomato sauce,green chutney or the way u like to eat.                                                            Ingredients:  5-6 slices of Bread,  oil,                  for stuffing :  1-2 cups of potatoes cubed(medium sized), 1/4 green peas (optional), 1-2 tbsp of oil,1 spring Curry leaves(optional),1 pinch of Hing (Asafoetida),2-3 green chilies(chopped),1 tbsp Ginger paste(Adrak paste),3 tbsps cori

Ander leaves (minutely chopped),1/2 tbsp red chili powder,1/2 tbsp garam masala,1/8 tbsp turmeric(Haldi),1 tbsp salt(namak),1 tbsp lemon juice (Nimboo ka ras).                      For the batter :3/4 cup gram flour(Besan),2-3 tbsp rice flour or cornstarch,1/2 tbsp red chili Powder,1/8 tbsp turmeric(haldi), 1/2 to 1 tbsp salt (Namak),)1/2 to 3/4 tbsp ajwain (owa).                                                                         So our ingredients are ready steady ho towards action plan.                                              1) First of all se will make stuffing which is important part of our bread pakoda.                2) first of all steam or Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker.we will Boil or steam upto 2-3 whistles .                                                              3) we don't need soggy potatoes it will damage the stuffing nature.                                4) cook upto 5-7 minutes in a pressure cooker time may differs according to the size of potatoes.                                                               5) when potatoes is done then remove the  skin of potatoes by adding cool water on the surface of the potatoes.                                        6)  if u don't like peeling of potatoes then just mashed them in masher.(add cool water first on potatoes then mashed).                                   7) Take a pan turn on the gas then add 1 tbsp oil,  1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1-2 green chilies (chopped), also add 1 tbsp spring Curry leaves.                                                           8)saute them until  aroma arrives.                    9)turn off the gas then add  1/8 tbsp of hing,1/2 tbsp red chili powder, 1/4 tbsp turmeric and 1/2 tbsp garam masala in a pan.  10)mix it well properly.                                                                     11) Add mashed potatoes ,sprinkle 1/2 tbsp salt  and mix it well properly.                                                          12) u can also add Coriander leaves and spread some lemon juice for better flavouring.                                                               13)Add salt if feel less take the taste test shortly.                                                                      14)place the bread slices on a plate we are on the way almost of bread pakoda.                  15)if u have a green chutney then u can add on the edges of slices.if not green chutney available then we will do it together don't worry.                                                                       16)take a pan for deep frying .                           17)put a cup of oil for deep frying.                    18)shallow fry or deep fry there are two choices choose your way .                                    19)Take a bowl for mix the ingredients.            20)3/4 Besan,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,3/4 to 1/2 tsp ajwain (owa),1/2 tsp salt(Namak),2-3 tsp rice flour or corn starch,1/4 tsp turmeric in that bowl.mix it well.                                         21)pour some water in a bowl as needed .       22) we need a thick batter for superb bread pakoda.                                                                     23) consistency as same as chili pakoda for further.                                                                     24)Take a pan for frying.add some little drops to check oil hotness.                                   25)put the stuffed bread in a batter deep thoroughly.                                                              26)Hold towards two edges and put that stuffed bread put in a oil gently.do it slowly.     27)on a medium heat of pan we will fry the pakodas.                                                                   28)golden colour of bread is a sign that pakoda is done.flip them with other side.        29) Remove the pakodas with the help of colander.                                                              wait wait wait I have one more thing to say guess what ?????                                              It's a food partner of bread pakoda."green chutney".                                                                  ingredients:1 cup Coriander leaves,1/2 cup pudina /mint leaves,1 tbsp fried or roasted gram or dalia,1/2 tsp jeera/cumin,salt as needed.2-3 green chillies(Hot),lemon juice,1/4 inch ginger(Adrak),1-2 small to medium Garlic cloves (lehsun).
We just have to blend above stuff   with the help of blender.   Also add 2 tbsp of water in it. Add lemon juice for better flavour and serve the green chutney with bread pakoda.                                      Tip:u can cut bread in your ideal size u like to eat .if u don't like green chutney there so many option like tomato sauce.while adding panner in it will form bread panner pakoda.most of times bread is sweet bread if u dont like sweet bread then u can go with other bread options.
