Besan chilla hot and healthy way to eat

Step by step for besan chilla

In this rainy season we all are look for something yummy and tasty.after all some new stuff is  enjoyable from child to elders.besan chilla is basicaly a dish like paratha.but we will try to add something intresting.
Ingredients for besan chilla                                so let's move toward the dish of today.so we will go step by step for besan chilla .                STEP-1: first of all make the batter for perfect beasan chilla .                                                         STEP-2:first of all chopped the onions,green chill pepper and tomato for the chilla.               STEP-3:1 chopped onions is comes up to 3 tsp also the single tomato comes upto 3 tsps .          STEP-4:u can also add a small piece of ginger to enhanced taste .                                          1/2 tsp ,salt and cumin seed and turmeric powder mix it well in a bowl .           STEP-6:add finely chopped substance in that .                                                                                  STEP-7:add coriander leaves to it.                   STEP-8:insert 3-4 cups of water to that mixture.                                                                    STEP-9:mix gently and batter them try to make thick with good consistency.                    STEP-10:add more water but less than 1 cup if it's make necessary.                                     So we will move towrards chilla .                              STEP-11:heat the tawa or pan for chilla   grease the pan with some drop of oil to form proper chilla       STEP-12:lowers the flame of gas drizzle some tsp of oil or ghee on that .  STEP-13:edges of chila leave the pan .           STEP-14:flip the chilla.                                      STEP-15:shen chilla becomes brown is ready to rat.lets serve the chilla with some chutney or tomato sauce.
