So step1:first of all mixed chopped onions, ginger,chopped green chillies ,salt,. Mix it well. Step 2:sprinkle them besan, salt, ajwain in required amount it can be differ on quantity of making . Step 3:make dough of that mixture . Step 4:mix everything well. Step 5:spinkle 2 tsp of water to make dough wet.do not pour directly water it will break the consistency of mixture. Step 6:heat the oil in a pan for pakodas. Step 7:gently mix the mixture into the pan with spoon to that oil . Step 8:fry the pakodas in a pan untill they become golden and crisp. Step 9:reduce the flame slowly of gas. Step 10:serve the pakodas with hot cup of tea.
