Tandoor roti crunchy and yummy

Tandoor roti wow it's looks so amazing often we see in restaurants.its is made up of flatbread wheat.its taste delicious and  crunchy too eat.tandoor roti made in a traditional way also in now a days.do u want try something new? Then I have a solution is tandoor roti.                                                             ingredients : salt,sugar,oil, baking powder ,baking soda,yoghurt ,whole wheat flour (atta) .

So let's move towards the process of making tandoor roti.                                                            Step 1:take a large bowl add 2 cups of atta(whole wheat flour), 3/4 tsps of salt,1/2 tsp sugar,3/4 tsp of baking powder and some pinch of baking soda .                                              Step 2:mix it well properly .                                 Step 3: Add 3 tsps of yoghurt (plain) and 2 tsps of oil in it .                                                         Step 4:mix untill oil and yoghurt mixed in it .    Step 5:rub the flour for proper mixing of content .                                                                    Step 6:Add water little by little we have to make it smooth dough .more the smooth dough the better the roti will be.                         Step 7:soft but not too soft dough it will be better consistent to make it roti .                         Step 8:drizzle some oil on the top and cover them with damp cloth untill 30-45 minutes .        Step 9:after proper resting of dough make it 7-8 balls of that dough.                                           Step 10:Heat the iron tawa for roti preparation.                                                               Step 11:lightly wet the side of roti with water.                                                                       Step 12:after tawa become hot place the roti on wet side of the tawa.                                        Step 13:let the cook for 20-30 seconds on a higher flame.                                                           Step 14:brown spot on roti is the sign that roti is cooked flip to other side.                            Step 15:after the roti is done spread some ghee on that roti .
