Step by step upma recipe
Upma ingredients (mostly veggies included) u can rely on above mentioned ingredients
                                        so lets move towards lets have some breakfast feeling hungry na.i have a solution to solve the hunger.today we will make upma.upma is basicaly consumed in india as a breakfast.upma belong to the south india .upma is easy and fast making dish after poha.   So lets go to make upma.                         
This are for bread upma not for plain upma.                                                                      So lets move step 1:first of all clean the rava for not having a impurities.                     Step 2:then roast the rava in a pan at low to medium flame.roast Rawa not too much.                                                                     Step 3:prepare the veggies like u can chopped onions,garlic,curry leaves and coriader untill the Rawa roasted.                     Step 4:take a hot pan for upma .                    Step 5:add 2-3 tsps of oil in it .                                                                    Step 6:after oil become hot add mustard seeds, jeera in it.                                                              Step 7:when seeds splutter u can add udid dal or chana dal if u like it's optional .                      Step 8:add peanuts and cashews (optional) In it.                                                                        Step 9: u can add 1 tsp of Hing (optional) .          Step 10:  u  can add green chilies in it chopped mostly .                                                        Step 11:add chopped onion in it                                        step 12:saute them for 2-3 minutes untill onion become transparent.                                   Step -13:then add water to that pan 2 cups of water and 1 tsp of salt in it .                  Step -14:let the water should be boiled for3-4 minutes for low to medium flame.      Step 15:add the roasted Rawa in that.     Step 16:stir well the mixture it must not form lumps in it.                                Step 17:

         Let them cook for 3-4 minutes cover the pan with plate.                          Step -18:Rawa is cooked properly u can add ghee (optional) garnish the upma with coriander leaves.
