Veg Manchurian wonderful and tasty snack at home

Veg manchurian dry if u dont like gravy u can make dry veg Manchurian too. 
Want to  make Chinese at home .but how can I make this dish at home? Which things are required to do at home ? Can I don it better Chinese at home ? Wait wait wait i have answer to this queries.just follow the way with me in the journey of making chinese at home.today we will see the journey of "veg Manchurian at home ".lets ride together. Are u excited?yes u should be excited.                        So as the name suggest its is made up of veggies with the combination of stuff .               So let's move ahead . It Is a basically indo-chinese dish I forgot to say that 😅   .               
Veg Manchurian garnish with spring onion.    Preparation time: 10 -15 minutes.                     Cook time :35-40 minutes.                                   Total cook time overall:45-50 minutes .           Cuisine:Chinese                                                      type: vegetarian.                                                   Prefered as:mostly as snack , breakfast.                                                                                            
List of ingredients:-.                                               For the veggie balls preparation:                      1)1/2 cup cabbage (patta gobhi).                        2)1/2 cup carrot(gajar).                                        3)1/2 cup capsicum.                                              4)1/2 cup spring onion.   5)1 tbsp ginger (adrak),6)1 tbsp Garlic (Lehsun),     7) 3 tbsps corn flour, 8) 2 tbsp maida, 9)  2 tbsp Black pepper, 10)  1 tbsp soy sauce, 11)  1 tbsp water.                                                                        For the  manchurian sauce:.                                1) oil (As needed).                                   
2) 2 tbsp Garlic(Lehsun).                                      3)  1 tbsp ginger (Adrak).                                      4)  1 tbsp green chilli(Hari mirch). 5) 2 tbsp spring onion, 6) 2 tbsp tomato ketchup.            7)2 tbsp chili  sauce,. 8) 1 tbsp soy sauce.          9) 1 tbsp vinegar,  10)1-2 tbsp of salt(Namak).  11)1 tbsp Black pepper . 12)3 tbsps of corn flower  .13) 1 cup of water.

Roadmap to follow:1) first of all we will prepare veggie balls.beacause veggie balls play important role in veg Manchurian.           2)Take all the veggies.                                         3)veggies must be finely chopped .                    4)Take a large bowl then mix all the vegetables .                                                             
 5) Along with veggies we will add ginger ,Garlic,corn flour ,maida and salt .                     6) All ingredients are important for manchurian so thats why mix it well.               7) while mixing all this add water as needed to maintain a good consistency.                          8) let's make the balls of this mixture it must be thick .if it's thin it will break easily while frying .so thick balls we needed.                        9)  now let's deep fry the balls in a pan.            Let's prepare the sauce :.                                      1)  Take a pan add oil in that as needed.          2)    just roast ginger , garlic and  green chili for few minutes not for long time otherwise it will burn out  the stuff .                                    3)   then add   onion,tomato ketchup,  chili sauce and soy sauce  and vinegar also add salt (as needed) and   black pepper too.            4) Mix them well properly.                                  5)  now we will add corn flour along with water in a pan .                                                      6)   mix the balls along with gravy.                     Our veg Manchurian is ready to serve just garnish with spring onion, chopped cabbage and coriander leaves to make it tempting .       Tip:U can make dry veg Manchurian just skip the gravy .                                                      Sauces quantity is variable so everyone so not mentioned here.                                               Try to eat this when it's hot it's really tempting to look and eat.just enjoy this .
