Preparation time: 10-15 minutes. Cook time: 20-25 minutes. Cuisine: Indo-chinese. Type: Vegetarian. Prefered as: Breakfast, Snack. Taste better with: schezwan sauce,schezwan chutney and many more. list of Ingredients:. 1)2-3 Tbsp of oil. 2)2 cloves garlic (Lehsun sliced ). 3) 1 Tbsp spring onion (Chopped). 4) 1/2 Onion(Pyaaz chopped). 5) 1/2 carrot (gajar optional). 6) 1/2 yellow capsicum (shimla mirchi if not yellow then u can use green capsicum too). 7) 1 Tbsp sweet corn. 8) 1 Tbsp soy sauce. 9) 1 Tbsp vinegar. 10) 1 Tbsp schezwan sauce. 11) 2 cup leftover rice(chawal ). Step by step guide to follow:. 1) Take a pan or pot for Preparation. 2) Add 2 Tbsp of oil along with 2-3 cloves of garlic in that pot turn on the gas also. 3) After that Add 1 Tbsp spring onion chopped along with 1/2 chopped onion in that stir fry them well.onions will start shrinking in few minutes. 4) now add 1/2 green capsicum along with 1 Tbsp of sweet corn along with pinch of salt in that pot. 5) just stir fry them for few minutes.Avoid overcooking just cooked . 6) just make a little space in the centre add 1 Tbsp soy sauce along with 1 Tbsp vinegar along with that add 1 Tbsp schezwan sauce. 7) stir fry while sauce will be combined well in each other. 8) Now add 2 cup of leftover rice along with that pinch of salt in that .mix it well. 9) Let them cook for 2-3 minutes.enjoy the schezwan fried rice along with chopped spring onion,chopped Coriander leaves on that.
