Egg curry delicious and flavourful come here to eat


Egg curry 

In this rainy days we are looking for some yummy stuff to munch on it .as we all know the egg is loaded with essential nutrients .we have seen last time egg omleete.so today we gonna eat egg curry with some veggies loaded along with them.i am damn sure u like the way towards egg curry.                            What is egg curry :egg curry is a dish which is made up of boiled egg and some veggies and some love too.                                                  There are so many ways to make egg curry u can make egg curry loaded with spices or loaded with vegetables or loaded with masala or loaded with garnish coriader all over the top of egg curry.so many ways to make it .                                                                      So lets move forward to ingredients .              List of ingredients:onions,oil,tomatoes,boiled eggs (if not boiled first then take it for curry),1 bay leaf(tezpatta),1/2 inch Cinnamon,2 green cardamom,1/2 tsp cumin seeds(jeera seeds) (optional),2 cloves (optional).                                                                Step 1:first of all we take raw eggs and take a pot to boiled them.                                                 Step 2:add 2-3 cups of water in that pot along with raw eggs add some salt and cover the pan .eggs will be boiled in 10-15 minutes.                                   
Step 3:along side chopped 2 onions for further preparation.                                               Step 4:Grind the chopped onions and make a fine paste of it.                                                      Step 5:chop the 2-3 tomatoes grind tomatoes and make a puree of tomato too.      Step 6:keep that aside puree.                               Step 7:our eggs will boiled then remove the cover of eggs while add cold water to that bowl for cool down .separate the outer cover of eggs.                                                                      Step 8:Take a pan heat the ghee or oil .             Step 9:fry the boiled eggs untill they become slight golden coloured.                                          Step 10: Now we have to make onion tomato masala.                                                                     Step 11:Heat the 2 tsps of oil in a same pan .    Step 12: Add 1 small bay leaf(tezpatta),1/2 inch cinaamon(dalchini) ,   2 green cardamom (elaichi),1/2 tsp jeera seeds (cumin seeds) (optional)and 2 cloves (optional) .add this in a pan.                                Step 13:  when spices get drizzled in a pan add onions into it .                                                 Step 14:Saute untill the golden colour arrives . It Can take some time.                          Step 15:  Now add ginger garlic paste (u can make at home or u can use ready made packet ) and saute them well.                              Step 16: Add tomatoes   saute untill    the mixture becomes thick .                                        Step 17: Now we add   1/2 to 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp of turmeric,  1/2 to 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp sugar (to balance the taste),1/2 to 1/4 tsp salt (for taste purpose ).      Step 18:  untill the oil becomes separate we have to fry  onion tomato masala.it will take 3-4 minutes.                                                            Step 19: pour the  1-1 1/4 cups of water to form the curry.                                                        Step 20:  Take the taste test if salt feel less add some pinch of salt.                                         Step 21: Add fried eggs it may 3-4 or 5 may be according to need and stir well .                  Step 22: let it cook for 4-5 min on low flame . Our egg curry is ready garnish with corinader leaves.and enjoy with roti/bhakri or plain rice along with onion and lemons.
