Feeling hungry and u want to eat something intresting then i have a solution for it.want to know then come with me.panner is really eatable often in most of the families .for vegetarian panner is great source of essential nutrients like calcium and others .panner butter masala is also called Butter panner and many other names.                            So we will see the route going towards paneer butter masala.we will go by step by step no hurry because hurry can spoil the game sometimes.                                                    Ingredients: panner,oil, cardamom, onions, tomatoes,salt,red chilli Powder, garam masala, coriander powder( optional),cashews,sugar,bay leaf, cloves, ginger garlic paste,cream.                                       
- 1:first of all we have to make gravy so lets move towards gravy preparation.                     - 2: add 2 cups of water in a bowl.               -3:Add paneer cubes and rest them for 15-20 minutes .                                                        -4:Drain the water aside .                              -5:Take a hot pan pour 2 tsp of oil ,2 green cardamom,1 cup cubed onions in it.      - 6:saute them for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.                                                        -7:next add 1 cup of chopped tomatoes,3/4 tsp of salta again saute them for 3-4 minutes.                                                                - 8:cover the pan till it Cooks for till becomes mushy.                                                             - 9:tomatoes and onions cooked properly add 3/4 to 1 tsp chili powder,3/4 to 1 tsp of garam masala,1 tsp coriander powder(optional),cashews and 3/4 tsp of sugar (optional).sugar balance the taste .            -10:saute them above content on low heat for 3-4 minutes when it's smell good turn off the gas.                                                        -11:cool down this mixture .                       - 12:add this mixture for blending in blender .                                                                   - 13:pour 1 cup of water in it.                       - 14:blend this mixture untill becomes smooth puree.                                                         - 15:make panner butter masala.                - 16:heat a pan on low flame.add 1-2 tsp of butter .butter melts then add 2 green cardamom,1 bay leaf,1/2 inch cinnamon,3 cloves in it.                                                             - 17:when spice sizzled then add 1-2 tsp of ginger garlic paste in it.                                    - 18:do this on low flame it must not burn saute them for 1 minute .                                     - 19:add onion tomato puree along with red chilli powder in it .                                          - 20: immediately pour 1/2 cup of water and mix it well.                                                       - 21: cover and cook on medium flame Untill gravy becomes thicky and flavourful.     -22:when gravy is ready then u will see the fat traces u can taste the dish .if salt feel less then u can add some salt.                             - 23:when gravy becomes with consistency u can add paneer cubes upto 250-300 gm .                                                            - 24:dont add paneer when gravy is running.                                                                        - 25: stir well cook them on low flame upto 3-4 minutes.longer cooking period can make paneer become harder.                                 -26:Add the cream on it cook for 2-3 minutes and stir well .                                          -27: garnish the dish with cream and coriander leaves and serve in a bowl.
