Veg pulao mouthwatering and delicious at home

Veg pulao                                               Are u feeling hungry now i have a solution for beat the hunger .we are going to make delicious dish named as veg pulao .yes sounds intresting na.yes it is intresting.as the name suggests we are making a dish at home.come with me we will make this step by step at home .    So we will move towards the journey of making veg pulao.                        Ingredients:  1 1/2 cup basmati rice, 2 tsp of oil or ghee,salt (as need), 5-7 cups of water for overall need, 1 1/2 tsps ginger garlic paste,  1 medium thinly sliced onion,2 green chillies, 1 medium carrot(chopped),4 medium french ffrench beans, 1/2 cups green beans,1 small potato  cubed (optional), 3 tsp of mint leaves or coriander leaves, 1 bay leaf(tezpatta),3/4 shahajira seeds (Caraway seeds) or cumin seeds(jeera), 3-4 green cardamom(elaichi),4 cloves(laung),2 inch cinaamon (elaichi),1 star anise (chalti phool) (optional), 1 strand mace(  javitri) (optional),1 pinch but meg(jayphal) (optional),2 pinch stone flower(dagadphool),(optional), 1/2 tsp fennel seeds (saunf) .                                  Step 1: prepare the veggies first as follows 1 medium onion slicly thinned, 1 green chilli, 1 chopped carrot,1/2 cup green beans, handful of mint leaves/corinader leaves, 1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste.                              Step 2: we go for tempering for further. Take a pan or Cooker or pot what u prefer add 2-3 tsps of oil or ghee in it.                                                       Step 3: Add whole spices(bay leaf, cinaamon, cardamom,cloves,shahi jeeta or jeera,star anise(optional if use it will be better ),nutmeg (jayphal) (optional),little dagad phool (stone flower )(optional),and 1 small strand mace in mentioned quantity.quantity can be differ it depneds on your taste.                              Step 4: our spices will be sizzeled then we have to add sliced onions along with green chillies.                         Step 5:saute them well.when onion turns golden add ginger garlic paste about 1 1/2 tsp in it .                                   Step 6:saute them untill ginger garlic paste disappeared be careful it must not burn.                                                         Step 7:Add mix veggies (beans ,green beans,carrots or whatever veggies have with you) .                                           Step 8:next saute them well .u can also add mint leaves in it if mint leaves are not available then use coriander leaves.                                        Step 9:saute them for 2-3 minutes.         Step 10:add 2 1/2 cup of water in cooker or pot along with add some pinch of salt in it .                                       Step 11:if u are cooking in a pot add 3 cups of water.                                                Step 12:let the water boiled then add drained and soaked rice in it.                  Step 13:stir gently and take the taste test if salt feel less then add some salt.if u are cooking in cooker cover the lid of cooker let them cook on medium flame .       Or if u are cooking in a pot on the low flame cover the lid .                                               water is absobed is the sign that our pulao is ready u can serve this pulao with chutney,sauce or some plain yoghurt.                      Enjoy the pulao and after trying this pulao mentioned in this comment box.
