Badam shake smooth and tasty smooth shake at home
Welcome to all again with a bright smile .so here is a weekend.as we all know at the weekend we all are looking for take a little chill.so thats why today recipe will add more chili to your day to day life especially"Weekend life". So lets move toward the journey of making "Badam shake at home". what is badam shake:in a simple language it's a smooth shake made up of milk along with almonds and some sort of sweet stuff. Like Badam shake many more shakes are made like kaju shake and many more.most of times badam shake ,kaju shake are at icecream corners . Guess what we can do it at home yes it is true.
Preparation time:10-15 minutes. Cook time:5-10 minutes. Total time :15-20 minutes maximum. Prefered as:smoothie,bevrage Type: vegetarian. Cuisine:indian. LIST OF INGREDIENTS:. 1)1-2 cups of full fat milk. 2) 2-3 tbsp of sugar(chini). 3)2-3 tbsp of pure vanila extract. 4) 1 tbsp pure almond extract. 5) 2 scoops vanilla or almond ice cream(optional).
STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO FOLLOW:.Step 1: just boiled the milk . step 2: after boil let it be chilled for 2-3 hours. step 3: take a hot water for proper blanching purpose add 5-10 almonds in that water for few minutes (5-6 minutes). Step 4: we use hot water to break the skin smoothly of Almond just remove the outer skin of Almond. step 5: Take a mixer jar. Step 6: Add 5-6 peeled almonds along with that add 1 tbsp of sugar and 1-2 tbsp of vanilla extract in that mixer jar . Step 7:Also add 1/2 to 1/4 cup of milk and blend untill it make smooth paste . Step 8: Add 1 or 2 scoops of icecream in a blender and remaining milk for smooth blending. Step 9: Take a serving glass and serve the badam shake.
TYPES OF SHAKES: milk shake. Kaju shake. Mango shake. Chocolate shake and many more . TIP: you can use flavour of icecream u like. Milk smoothed the shake texture. If u want to make shake more sweet add more sugar . Try to use full fat milk it make shake thick.
