Idli sambhar Delicious and Healthy too

Idli sambhar with chutney. So basically it is south indian cuisine dish but loved by many of people throughout the India.idli sambhar is easy to digest and healthy in case that it is made from fermentation of food . fermentation increase the value of food in case of digestion. WHAT IS FERMENTED FOOD? So basically fermentation is done for enhancing nutritional value of food. Preparation time: 15-20 minutes. Cook time :30-35 minutes. Cuisine:south indian. Type: vegetarian. Prefered as: Breakfast. Taste better with:white chutney,green chutney.

12)1/2 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera). 13)1/2 tbsp methi seeds(Fenugreek seeds). And 2 tbsp coconut grated (optional). STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO FOLLOW:. Step 1: First of all rinse the dal twice. Step 2: Take a pressure cooker in that add 2 cups of water along with rinse dal . Step 3: in 5-10 minutes our dal is cooked upto 2 whistles of a cooker.if not cooker then use pot add 3 cups of water in that. Step 4: cooked dal lets Mashed well and keep then aside . Step 5: we need Tamarind pulp for sambhar so for that soaked some Tamrind in hot water for few minutes and keep them aside. Step 6: Take a pot and add 2 tbsp of oil along with 1 tbsp cumin seeds and 1 tbsp mustard seeds. Step 7: while they popped up Little then add 1 red chili along with 4-5 spring Curry leaves and pinch of Hing in th at. Step 8: when leaves becomes crispy set aside half the tempering u can add this at end too. Step 9:add veggies along with some chopped tomatoes and saute them for 2-3 minutes. Step 10: sprinkle 1 tbsp of sambhar masala along with that add 1 tbsp of red chili powder. Step 11: saute them for few minutes on medium heat. Step 12: pour some water to maintain consistency. Step 13:let them cook for few minutes in this time vegetables will be cooked. Step 14: Now add filtered tamrind pulp along with mashed Dal . Step 15: add some pinch of salt take the taste test .
Note:Due to some technical issue from my side sequence of things just spoiled 😅 I will try to manage things better.
