Step by step guide to follow:. 1) Take a empty large bowl. 2) Now add 1/2 Cup udid dal along with some Fenugreek seeds and plenty of water in that let them soaked for 2 hours. 3)Drain well the soaked stuff. 4) After that soaked stuff we will Grind we want smooth paste just add 2 cup of water for better consistency. 5) Transfer that smooth paste in a separate bowl. 6) In that bowl Add 1 cup of Ragi along with some pinch of salt and 1 1/2 cup of water in that. 7)Mix well the stuff with the help of lage spoon or whisk. 8) cover the stuff with a plate we will allow that for fermentation upto 12 hours or overnight. 9) After fermentation done mix well the stuff again. 10) Take a non sticky pan.sprinkle some water and wipe out with the some cloth. 11)spread the batter on a pan properly and form a circle shape on a pan. 12) Keep on the high flame untill dosa becomes brownish in appearance. 13)Fold over the dosa properly must be cooked well and crispy too. Just like that our Ragi dosa is ready.
