                                                                                   welcome to all hello everybody.so there is a sunday today is a treat for nonveg lovers.yes it's a mouthwatering and delicious stuff .we will enjoy the sea food today. Yes it's healthy if it's eat in moderate amount.i am talking about "Fish fry".

                                                                                  Fish fry can be made up of various species like seer,salmon,mrugal,katla katla and many more .                                                                                                                                           Preparation time: 20-25 minutes.                    Cook time : 60-70 minutes.                                 Cuisine: Indian.                                                    Type: Non Vegetarian.                                         Prefered as: Lunch,Dinner.                                                                                                                                                                                                List of Ingredients:                                              1 Kg Singhara( Cut into slices) u can take any other fish as your choice, 2 Tbsp chili powder, 1 Tbsp Ajwain( Owa), 2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves, salt( As needed) , 2 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste( Adrak lehsun paste), oil ( As needed), Lemon wedges. Chopped onions( fine chopped). 1 Tbsp chat masala .

                                                                                    step by step Guide to Follow:.                          1) Take a large bowl add all the ingredients except oil and keep this for marination.marinations softens the stuff.         2) marinate for 40-45 minutes.keep them aside.                                                                        3) after proper marination along with that take a kadhai add 2 Tbsp of oil in that.increase the Heat upto medium level.      4) Add marinated pieces in that oil only after oil gets heated properly.                                                 5) little increase the Heat to high flame.               6) while it gets lightly coloured that mean that is going well in case of frying .                                                                           7) After frying the fish properly set aside over the colander.                                                8) again heat the oil for frying remaining pieces into that kadhai let them fried untill lightly coloured.                                                        9) before serving again we have to try the pieces again after frying remove the excess oil with a drowning paper.                                                                                  10) Take a plate transfer the fish fry garinsh with chopped onions,coriander leaves,chat masala and some red chili powder ( optional) enjoy.
