Dhokla mind-blowing and yummy at home lets make it happen

Dhokla undoubtedly gujarati snack but it is loved by all over the India as a breakfast in a larger amount.names can be different regions of India but the taste is matchless.there are many types of dhokla khaman dhokla,rice dhokla and many more.so let's have a try this dhokla .i know u will really like the process and taste also.let's come to the journey of "Dhokla".  One point to remember we are making steamed dhokla.                      
Khaman dhokla with green chutney and garnish with coriander leaves,mustard seeds and green chili. And spring curry leaves too.                 
So moving forwards to the steps we need to rock here I mean in Dhokla making.                  Cook time total:40-45 minutes.                          Preparation time :10-15 minutes.                       Cuisine:Gujarati                                                     total time taken :45-50 min maximum.             Prefered as :snack, breakfast.                             Taste better with :tomato sauce,pudina chutney or green chutney (mentioned in bread pakoda recipe at the bottom).                  Things we required:1 cup gram flour(Besan),1 cup citric acid,1 tbsp sugar,salt,turmeric (pinch of),water (As needed),1 tbsp baking powder or fruit salt(For dissolved in water),.                                Fo

r the tadka:1 tbsp of oil,1/2 -1 tbsp mustard seed(Mohari ),1 dried(sukhi huyi)red chili ,7-8 spring curry leaves(Kadipatta ).                         Let set go not for race it's just for Dhokla 😅 just a fun lets move to final steps.                 Step 1:Take a large bowl for mixing the stuff.                                                                          Step 2:  Add gram flour(besan), citric acid, salt(pinch amount), sugar and turmeric (pinch amount).(add sugar,gram flour and citric acid in above mentioned amount in things we required section).                                Step 3:Add water in a bowl for making batter .(dont add too much water otherwise it will lost the consistency).                                            Step 4: Take a glass.                                              Step 5: just add fruit salt or baking powder again add water into it and pour all this In Dhokla mixture .                                                    Step 6:  grease the steaming utensil with 3-4 drops of oil    and pour the mixture into it properly.                                                                  Step 7: steam for 15-20 minutes properly or Untill the Dhokla is done.                                    Step 8:  take a pan then add oil,mustard seeds and  curry leaves along with red chili in necessary amount.                                            Step 9: splutter all this well.                                Step 10:  now just pour the tadaka over the prepared dhokla.cut into pieces and serve it.  Tip:u can make rice dhokla it will be whitish in looks .garnish the Dhokla with mustard seeds,jeera(cumin), Coriander leaves and spring curry leaves.it will make dhokla tempting. U can enjoy the Dhokla with various chutney u like to eat.if u are adding green chillies then u can skip red chili or u can use less red chili otherwise it will become more spicy.                                                So this is it enjoy the stuff .
