Egg biryani mouthwatering and tasty stuff.

                                                                                  welcome to all 😇. So today is a Sunday and we are here with a new treat as usual.this treat is for all.so enjoy .when we talk about biryani we can imagine that there is a lavishing large plate loaded with large stuff.  I am talking about "Egg biryani".                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
Egg biryani served in a plate along with 2 Tbsp of turmeric and red chili powder.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    * List Of Ingredients.:1)3-4 Boiled eggs,2)1 Tbsp Turmeric powder ( haldi),3)1 Tbsp Red chili powder, 4)1 Tbsp garam masala, 5)1/2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves fine chopped( hara dhaniya), 6)Salt(As needed), 7)1/2 Tbsp butter( Ghee), 8) 1 cup Long grained rice  like basmati, 9)2-3 Tbsp oil, 10)1 Tbsp Ghee,        11) 1 small stick cinaamon ( Dalchini), 12) 1 cardamom( Elaichi) , 13)2-3 cloves ( Loung),.  14) 2 green chillies slit, 15)2 Tbsp cut cashewnuts, 16) 1/2 Cup sliced onions (pyaaz),. 17) 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste (Adrak lehsun paste), 18) 1/2 Cup curd( dahi), 19) mint leaves( Chopped), 20)1/2 Tbsp biryani masala.

                                                                                                                                                                    *Step by Step Guide to Follow:.                          1) Take a pan turn on the gas on medium heat.                                                                          2) Add 1/2 Tbsp Red chili powder along with 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric powder, 1/2 Tbsp garam masala and pinch of salt in a pan.                      3) Saute them well for few seconds on medium flame.                                                      4) Now add 3-4 boiled eggs along with 1/2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves  mix it well both let them cook for 2-3 minutes.                                  5) After they cooked properly keep them aside for few time we will use them later.        6) soak the Long grain rice for 60-70 minutes after proper soaking drain off the water well.                                                                          7) After that take a pan turn on the gas on medium flame after that add 2 Tbsp oil also add small piece of cinaamon , 2 cloves,1/2 Tbsp Caraway seeds and saute then well for 30-40 seconds.                                                         8) Add the 1 slit green chilies along with 4-5 broken cashewnuts in that pan then also Saute then well for 30-40 seconds on medium heat.                                                        9)  Add 1/2 Cup sliced onions along with 1/2 Tbsp ginger garlic paste as usual Saute them for 30 seconds.                                                      10) After that add 1/2 Cup curd mix well all properly.stirring along with let them cook for 1-2 minutes.                                                      11) Add some chopped mint leaves,1/2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped along with 1/2 Tbsp red chili powder,1/2 Tbsp Turmeric powder,1/2 Tbsp garam masala,1/2 Tbsp biryani masala ,1/2 Tbsp of salt .mix them well properly.                                                          12) saute them  well for 2 minutes.                   13) Add soaked rice in that pan saute them well for 2 minutes.                                                 14) Add some hot water in that after that mix them well.                                                        15) cover the biryani with lid or plate let them cook for 8-10 minutes.                                16)serve the egg biryani.
