list of ingredients: 1) 1-2 litre full cream milk. 2) 1 Tbsp lemon juice. 3) 1 cup sugar (chini). 4)3-4 cups of water. 5) 2-3 pods of cardamom (elaichi).

Step by step guide to follow: 1) Firstly take a utensil or pot for milk boiling. 2) After that Add milk about 1-2 litre quantity in that pot we have stir regularly milk . otherwise it will sticked at bottom. 3) After few minutes milk will start to Boiled . 4) just add 1 Tbsp of lemon juice in that boiled milk and stir well.stirring will mix up the stuff well . 5) In few minutes milk will start to curdle increase the heat from low to medium heat. 6) when water start separating we have to stop boiling milk. 7)we have to drain the water with the help of colander. 8)Now we will squeeze out the water from that curdled milk.handle milk properly it will be quite hot. 9) Rinse off the water from curdle milk with fresh water 1-2 times. 10) squeeze out the water from that milk completely. 11) Hang that for 1 hour for proper drainage and also it will keep some moisture. 12) after 1 Hour finishes ,we have to Mashed stuff that is panner for 4-5 minutes. 13) Mashed the paneer untill it make soft texture without the grains of paneer . 14) from mashed paneer we will make balls for our Rasgulla and keep them aside for few time. 15 )coverthat balls to avoid drying. 16)Take a large vessel Add 1 cup sugar along with 3-4 cups of water and 2-3 pods of cardamom in a vessel. 17)stir well and dissolve the sugar properly. 18) Now boil the water on a medium heat for 4-5 minutes. 19) drop the paneer balls one by one in sugar boiled water. 20) cover and boil the balls for 5-10 minutes. 21) when Rasgulla got good size.take a ice cold or chill water transfer balls in that immediately to avoid shrink in size. 22) After proper cool down transfer them into bowl pour sugar water all over the Rasgulla.

Tip: full cream milk will make rasgulla more soft to eat. Topped up rasgulla with kesar and dry fruits it will make tempting to eat. If lemon juice is not available then u can use curd or vinegar.
