Rumali roti yummy and tasty stuff u has to try

                                                                                       welcome to all yes we are here for new and exciting stuff. u should try and I know u will enjoy too.i am talking about "Rumali roti". It's serve at dhaba,hotels mostly.but by today u will be able to do at home.                                                                                                                                                                                                     Rumali roti known as chapati,roti,paratha and many more.but we will called it "Rumali roti"

                                                               Preparation time :10-15 minutes.                       Cuisine: North indian.                                           Prefered as  : Lunch,Dinner.                                Type: Vegetarian.                                                 Taste better with : curry,Dal ,pickle or   chutneys.                                                                                                                                                   list of Ingredients:.                                               1) 2 Cups of wheat flour(Gehu ka aata).           2) 1 Cup Refined flour.                                         3) 1-2 Cups of water .                                           4) Dry flour for roling purpose.                                                                                                                                                                                             Step by step guide to follow:.                              1) take a large bowl or some big plate add 1 Cup of wheat flour along with some refined Flour in it mix it well.                                           2) knead it both for soft ,sticky dough .             3) Cover the stuff with lid or plate and keep them aside for 1-2 hours.                                    4) Now shape the dough with the shape like walnut shaped in rounds .                                  5) place the griddle in upside down on a stove and gave them heat for sometime.        6)  Along side just rolled the roti  griddle will be heated.while roling out roti just dust out the flour on a dough to maintain Good softness and stickyness.                                      7)  rolled roti spread on the griddle just increase the heat while spreading.                    8) while spreading the roti increase the  Heat.in few seconds bubble will start appearing on the skin of roti.                             9) Brownish spot on roti is sign that our rumali roti is going well cook with both sides.after that remove the Rumali roti from griddle and served with your own style.
